We bought a lakehouse in late fall of 2005 and decided that we required a renovation. We hired Todd Burke as he had the ability to provide us with an end to end solution. Todd took the project from design-plan, through the permitting process, initial rough-build and into the fine finishing carpentry. His vision brought forth a plan to add a master suite on the 3rd floor of our lakehouse and we are thrilled that we followed his suggestion as we enjoy total privacy alongside the best lakeview from anywhere within the building. We have known Todd Burke for a number of years and consider him a good friend. We completely trust his judgement in his work and had him construct a deck as well as our fence.
